$20 Bundle Discount on Internet Fee

I was talked into upgrading to iPhone 15 last March to get $20 discount on internet fee for 2 years but it has not shown up on my bill.  I talked several reps including the supervisor who promised this to be processed last month but it has not reflected on my latest bill.  I am SO tired of your team not honoring what you promised.  I did not have to upgrade my phone at all if no $20 discount.  PLEASE stand behind your promise and statement.  Last month the supervisor said it is being processed but why still not on my bill.  Please STAND BEHIND YOUR PROMISE.

I have chatted with your reps several times and still not appearing on my statement.  Who and where can I escalate this issue?
