2 Accounts at 1 Address after a Move
I just moved to a new house and moved my internet to my new address with no problems. A few days ago, I attempted to upgrade my internet to a faster speed at my new house for a better price and it somehow created 2 different accounts at the same address. I see on my account that I have a bill due on the 19th that is for the "old" account at a much higher cost then what my new plan is. I talked to someone at Xfinity and they told me i wouldn't be paying this payment on the 19th but i still see it in my account. Is there an easy way to just delete one of these duplicate accounts? I've tried everything...

Good morning @user_yp2bzh, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums today, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the two accounts, I know I would not want to pay for two separate accounts at the same address. Luckily you have reached out to a dedicated team of experts that can take care of this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
