$100 service visit fee?

When our internet stopped working, we contacted Xfinity and they sent a technician who was able to fix it onsite. We think it was related to our neighbor's tree that fell and hit the lines across the street from us. (not on our property) Neither the technician nor the customer service specialist who scheduled the visit mentioned that we would receive a bill but in our new statement there was a $100 service visit fee. Should we have received this fee?

Thanks again for spending some time with our team. After reviewing the account, we were able to take care of the home visit charge. If you ever need anything in the future, please feel free to create a new post.
