$10 monthly credit for autopay

I signed up for Xfinity about 2 months ago. At that time I was promised a price reduction from $70 to $60 when I signed up for autopay. My first 2 months billing is still at $70.I am enrolled for autopay.

When will this take effect ?

I should be credited for $10 X 2 months so far.

Regards,

When you have Xfinity Internet and sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account, you’ll get a $10 discount on your monthly bill. The discount begins within 45 days after signing up. It may take up to two bills to show up on your bill.

If you have more than one Xfinity account, each account must have Xfinity Internet and be enrolled in automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account to get the discount.

We also do not offer credit for the time it takes to apply.

Is the $10 per month credit with autopay available on any level of internet service? I have internet essentials and this would reduce my bill to $4.95 per month.

Thank you for reaching out to us @yoregano! At this time, the Internet Essentials and Internet Essentials Plus tiers are not eligible for this discount.

Thank you for pointing that out @yoregano. If you're seeing a message encouraging you to enroll in paperless billing and automatic payments to receive a discount, I can understand why you would expect that discount to apply to your services.

Your feedback is completely understandable. Since Internet Essentials and Internet Essentials Plus are not eligible for the $10 monthly discount, the messaging can certainly be confusing if it appears on an account that doesn't qualify.

I've made sure to document your feedback regarding the eligibility messaging. Thank you for taking the time to ask the question and share your experience
