10 Dollar Autopay / Paperless Billing Discount Not Applied
I signed up for autopay through my bank account and paperless billing in January 2024 but am not seeing the discount applied to my internet bill. Customer service over the phone has kept me on transfer loops for two hours and no progress. Why is this so impossible?
