$10 Discount for Automatic Payments [Edited]

When I subscribed, I was told that I would receive a $10 discount if I set up automatic payments with my debit card. I set up AutoPay, but I do not see the $10 discount on my bill.

Could you please check my account and let me know why the discount was not applied? If there is any additional step I need to complete, such as enabling paperless billing or updating the payment method, please let me know.

Hi there, @user_1kxevk. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. With the -$10 a month autopay discount, the requirement is linking a bank account. At this time, a debit card being used will not provide the discount. You can find more information on the autopay discount here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing. I apologize if there was any confusion.
