$10 checking account autopay discount

I added my checking account to get the $10 auto pay discount and paperless billing, but my bill hasn’t reflected it yet and it still shows the full price. I know they say it takes up to a billing cycle to apply but I know that’s usually not true and that it reflects within the same month you do it most of the time. My bill is not due till 24 June so I have three weeks Will this reflect by then and if not, will I get the credits for it?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us today. Our team is happy to help. The Autopay Discount can actually take up to two billing cycles to be applied. However, as you said, at times it's much sooner.
