(1) Promotional discount ending soon, (2) Seasonal pause on my internet service

Hello! I have two questions:
(1) My promotional discount is about to end soon. How do I extend the discount?
(2) I'm also planning to request a seasonal pause a few days before my promotional discount ends. Is it better to wait till the time close to the end of the seasonal pause to extend the discount?

@user_7675da and thanks for your post. Here is a link you can look at for Seasonal offers. Please be aware that there is certain eligibility for using this service. 

As for your promotional discount ending we can see what offers your account qualifies for. Please feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and address.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
