WiFi now

Why isn’t the browser popping up so I can sign in, I have a full signal and sometimes I can pick my la laptop up and walk around my apartment and then the browse will prompt. I can sign on then when I bring my laptop back to my desk still full signal it’ll kick me off and not connect again like you can’t get a hold of anyone to help adjust the situation I’m a paying customer you can’t get any help because you don’t get Xfinity ID when your Wi-Fi now pass user like you guys are advertising a service that you’re not in good faith providing people before and you know it and I’m gonna file a class action lawsuit [Edited: "Solicitation"] [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"]
