Wifi equipment fried by lightning

At around 4am a sever thunderstorm passed across our neighborhood. A lightning strike occured near the post where all the lines are. My light service was briefly interrupted with a surge but returned after a minute or so. All my outlets seem to be in working condition but now my Gateway/Modem doesnt seem to power back on. No lights at all. Was my Gateway fried by the light surge? And if so how do i go about repairing/replacing my modem? As i currently work/study through my computer.
