I logged in 5 minutes early and the reward was showing sold out. Thanks to another user, they let me know it was available about 12:10 est. I was able to get the promo code.
user_7wy017 Thank you for sharing the exact steps and to the community for coming together and sharing with each other where to check and when to refresh. I can't see if there was a delay in the release, but I know from my own experience with our school lottery that logging in even a few seconds early can cause a delay in systems processing.

Hello, @user_56cbf5 sorry to have read you did not get your hands on those Wicked tickets. Were you trying to redeem the Fandango BOGO Movie ticket offer, they were limited availability. There was a disclaimer to act fast. I hope in the future you'll be able to take advantage of similar rewards.

I'm here with the same problem. If you announce the tickets will be available at a certain time, they need to be available at that time. They were "sold out" 10 minutes before the scheduled time. That's a bad look.

Yes, I have a screenshot showing that all tickets were gone at exactly 9 am PST. Please explain how it could be. And the chat was completely useless. No access to a live person, period.
