When will Internet work again?

Received notice that network would be down July 30. It is July 29 and internet is shown. I work from home. How can I find out if it will work tomorrow since it is down today. I need to let my workplace know.

When you check your location here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap is this a known service issue affecting multiple customers, or is this isolated to your home?
