Thank you for reaching out to our team here. If you sign up for Peacock through your Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Xfinity Flex TV Box, you can manage your Peacock subscription plan through your TV Box.
Go to Settings on your Xfinity X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box, or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
Go to the Apps & Subscription menu
View your subscription status.
See the Check the Status of Your Peacock Subscription section above for details on how to do this.
Choose Peacock to the left.
Select Change plan.
Select a plan and select Next.
Confirm your new plan by selecting Change plan.
Select Okay to exit. If you signed up for Peacock Premium online through Xfinity and would like to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, here’s how:
Go to the Xfinity StreamStore page on xfinity.com.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.
From this page, click on the Peacock tile. Click the Premium Plus tile, then click Update Cart. Review the changes to your account and terms and conditions.
Click the checkbox to approve, then click Submit order.
