"this number is no longer in service"??
Hello, big problem: When people call me they get a message saying the number is no longer in service. I'm able to make calls, but not receive them. This has been like this for two days.
I reset the router and the phone, and checked the plugs. I can make calls and the people I call say my caller ID shows up, but nobody can reach me. They get various messages that the number is no longer in service.
This is for the Xfinity Voice (landine/VOIP) service, NOT Mobile! There are no SIM cards, afaik. My landline is plugged into the Xfinity router.
