The xfinity website, has many problems

And as a paying customer my access to the website to pay my bill should be flawless, unless there is maintenance on the website happening.

Today, 6/6/26 I sign-in to the xfinity website.  I click on pay bill, I get a loading circle, then a message appears, This is taking longer than expected, but we're on it.  You are clearly not on it as this is the second time that I have been unable to use the website to pay my bill.  As a last resort I did it through the app on my phone... BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT!!  What if I didn't have a phone that has an app that let's me pay my bill???  What then??

I tried to go to a support link on the website and was logged out!!  There is also a problem with being able to scroll the xfinity website if you use the "I'm looking for..." search function.  You don't have to delete cookies and clear cache, that search function is breaking being able to scroll web pages on the xfinity support webpage, full stop.  All I did was closed the broken tab and reopened a new one and now I can scroll web pages on xfinity support pages again, and didn't clear cache or delete cookies.

If xfinity has an IT department, or someone there who looks over how your website functions... I would suggest having that person(s) take a hard look at the xfinity website because there are many problems that exist.
