Peacock from xfinity on my fire stick

I’m trying to watch the Peacock Premium benefit from my Xfinity account on my Amazon Fire Stick. The instructions I’ve found keep pointing me to a Flex or Xumo box, and I’m unsure whether my benefit is already linked to a Peacock account.

Can an Xfinity employee check whether my Peacock benefit is active, help me figure out which Peacock account to sign in with, and tell me whether I need a Flex or Xumo box to activate it? I’m happy to provide my account details in a private message.

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
