Not getting any emails on my phone . It keeps rejecting my password. I have changed it successfully but my phone still says it is incorrect

Hi czyxtd, we appreciate you dropping by the community forums! Sorry to hear that you're running into issues accessing your email. When you mention that you're not getting them on your phone, are you trying to access them through the Xfinity Email site, or through a third party app like Apple Mail or Outlook?
