I redeemed some benefits last month and they seemed to have disappeared. I checked my redemption area, but the ones I'm looking for are not there. Any help?

Can you tell us what benefit specifically you redeemed that disappeared?

It was a code for early access to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Open Beta! I was able to claim the code, but the Xfinity app refreshed upon my redemption, and I was unable to access the code even after signing out and back in. After checking multiple times, the reward showed up under my "redeemed benefits" page, but I am still unable to access the code.
