Login page down

In the last few days, I've experienced numerous occasions the Xfinity login page is down / unavailable. This is NOT my internet connection or desktop, it's on the Xfinity end. Sadly, trying to get a hold of Support requires login - which is IMPOSSIBLE when Xfinity login webpage is DOWN. Is there any way to find out if/when Xfinity login is experiencing problems and resolution ETA. One that doesn't require login.
