I need the ACCESSIBILITY remote to ONLY scroll thru the FAVORITE channels when pressing the CH UP and CH DOWN keys

Howdy - my mom has trouble with vision and also dexterity.  We received an "accessibility" remote from xFinity today.  (The buttons are easier to use, but IMHO there should still be an even simpler and bigger-buttoned remote.  Like only power, volume, and channel up/down.)

Anyway, she has about 6 favorite channels.  That is ALL she watches.  We have made those six channels, FAVORITES.  OK, good so far.

But then when the CH UP/DOWN buttons are pressed, the cable box scrolls thru ALL the channels, making the FAVORITES list absolutely and completely useless.

100% completely useless.

It's quite literally as if the favorite channels list doesn't exist at all.  And again, this is with the ACCESSIBILITY remote, which obviously should contain features that help folks with poor vision, dexterity, etc.

So...

Anyone know a solution to this problem? [Edited: "Polling"]

Thanks...
