I completely understand wanting to know what will happen to your email before making any changes to your internet service, especially if it’s an email address you regularly use. You can continue to have access to your Comcast.net email after disconnecting your Xfinity Internet service, provided the email account meets the requirements to remain active. You can still access your email through Xfinity Email online or through a third-party email application. You’ll also continue to have access to your address book and options for managing certain email settings and preferences. However, you will no longer be able to add new email accounts. I have also attached 2 articles on using Xfinity Email if you've disconnected your service and the Xfinity Email activity policy. Please let me know if you have any more questions I can address.
