Different Internet service

user_8vq3bp If you are trying to access apps on the X1 box without our internet they wouldn't work. You would get a message saying add our internet service to access the apps on the X1 box. Our TV boxes aren't designed to operate the online portion of service like apps without having our internet service, and you would need to install them on another device to access them when using a different internet provide. Live and On Demand will still work, but the apps on the X1 system won't work without our internet service.
