Data not working internationally

user_p201sb Thank you for letting us know your daughter's cellular data is not working while outside the U.S. We would be happy to help. Global travel is included with most of our newer plans, but there is a setting you can have her check for iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and toggle Data Roaming on. Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and toggle Data Roaming on. This may be a little different depending on the SW version for the phone.
