Created a ticket that Xfinity isn’t in the system

I created a second ticket for the same issue last night after my first one apparently never registered? Went to check the second ticket this morning and the system is still saying that I don’t have any support tickets open under my account.

I’m the only user profile on my Xfinity and I did the ticket submission through the app and honestly I’m just frustrated. There’s a downed wire in my yard and I can’t do anything about it.

Hello @user_cvaeb7 sorry for the delays in getting that downed line raised in your yard. I will assist you in getting this resolved. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
