Closed captions keep turning off

Closed caption is set to "On" but keep turning theselves off. They used to work fine. Please make them work fine again.

Do you notice it on both Live TV and On Demand? How often does it turn itself off?

I have the same issue, really bites and I don't even have a fancy schmancy tv box. I'm at the point where I have to turn the captioning off, turn the TV off and then back on and then turn the captioning on

@DannieRachel​ I usually notice it with dvr recordings. And then when I exit the recording then see that is not working on live TV.

@DannieRachel Thank you for letting us know you are experiencing issues with closed captioning. Have you tried to toggle the closed captioning off and on to see if that helps fix the issue?
