Cannot join xfinity rewards

It appears I’m an xfinity rewards member. But when I go to explore rewards it says I need join. Click on that link and it brings me back to the same link. I’ve reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and cookies and nothing changes.

I just tried that. I briefly see the rewards screen then it goes back to the join screen
