I need to cancel my Xfinity accounts effective immediately. Your teams have burned over 40 hours of my time the past month alone, far more than that over the past few years, and have erroneously cost me many hundreds of dollars. When I have had chats to resolve, people (?) make promises that disappear into the void, when I follow up the next person says that chat never happened. When I call people spend hours dumping me from call center to call center, and also make promises they don't fulfill. When I ask to cancel service they disconnect. I have called a few times to disconnect, your people hang up on me. The xfinity.com/cancel page only offers calling, scheduling a call, or visiting a store. I should not be required to go to a store, the earliest callback slot is more than a week away, and again I've already tried calling and your people just refuse to cancel my service. While I am drafting a letter to the state attorney general for failing to follow the law about cancellation being as easy as signing up, can someone find another way to cancel all my Xfinity accounts? I have paid off my devices (at great loss to me) and ported my numbers out already.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
