Can I Send My Financed Xfinity iPad to Nepal While Keeping My Account Active?

I have an iPad financed through Xfinity Mobile on a 36-month payment plan. My bill shows 33 payments remaining, with a monthly promotional bill credit that reduces the effective device payment to about $8.89/month. I will continue paying the Xfinity bill and keeping my account active. I want to send the iPad to a family member outside of Nepal for personal use only over Wi-Fi. Can I do this without violating the device payment agreement or losing my remaining promotional bill credits?
