Americans with Disabilities Act being ignored by Xfinity?

Xfinity is removing their web/keyboard, wifi networking interface and making it an app for the smart phone only. People with tremor disabilities like I have, often cannot use touchscreen devices, so we physically can't use phone apps at all. This new policy alienates so many people with disabilities, and those who do not have touchscreen phones. When I posted about this on Reddit, Xfinity deleted my forum post. When I contacted them, they provided me with two different contact links that were invalid. They keep seeming to shut me down on this concern, and to people like me this is a very big deal! Even their own accessibility department brought up concerns about this policy and were ignored! This policy makes no sense, Xfinity. Please change it.

@user_3ee229 Hello and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum, and thank you also for that valuable feedback. One of the best ways we are able to improve our customer experience for you and all our other valued Xfinity family members is through the candid, honest feedback of Xfinity family members like you! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and let us know about this accessibility concern regarding the web keyboard possibly being removed. Just to confirm, are you referring to the upcoming change regarding the modem advanced settings being moved over from the existing website to the Xfinity App? I can gladly take note of your feedback, and I would highly recommend submitting your feedback through our official Xfinity feedback form so it can go through the proper channels and get the right eyes on the issue so to speak, which can be submitted here https://comca.st/3NuUK3K.

@XfinityChristopher I got an email from you with this response, but it didn't look legit from the web address (comcast not being one word, strange numbers after). I have sought out every means possible to address this concern clear up to the top, including contacting Tom Karinshak, and the company's apathy is clear. They really don't care and plan to proceed anyway. The networking settings being ported to a phone app only is terrible news for people with disabilities and anyone who doesn't have access to a smartphone. Keeping the original interface and also adding the app requires the same back end coding and could easily be done. Xfinity just chooses not to, which again, was verified to me by your own internal accessibility department when they raised their concerns about it. The only viable solution I could find was to contact Ziply and ask them to extend service to my neighborhood. I am under the impression that their interface is easier to manage and doesn't discriminate against people with disabilities.

Thank you for getting back to us and for the steps you have already taken to share your feedback, @user_3ee229. Your opinion is valid and we want to ensure that it is heard at all levels. We are also working on our end to make that happen and see what can be done about keeping the website. The link that we sent is a valid link. It is to provide feedback on another avenue from what you have done already. Our system shortens our links so I apologize for any confusion on if that is a valid link or not. Here it is without being shortened, https://collect.iperceptions.com/?lID=1&rn=123531&pID=1&hs1=102214&hs2=91787&siteID=1&referrer=Link&sdfc=03b756c0-123531-0dcbb1db-cd59-44d5-8c25-4e78d3da0dac&source=91787&destination=commentcard&width=680&height=750.

Xfinity does not care about ADA laws or people with disabilities after what I experienced by 6 employee associates last night!
