Video freezing on Apple TV but not audio

On channels, the video freezes up. But not the audio. I can fix it, but it happens over and over.

@Ledsteplin Have you checked to make sure all your cables are secure and finger tight? Have you restarted your cable box to ensure you have the most updated firmware?
