Having trouble logging in to my account. Says to go to direct message next to a bell icon. I don't see any such thing. Email :[Edited: "Personal Information"], name is [Edited: "Personal Information"], live at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Trouble with Xfinity id

I only have TV services and home internet. When I try to log in it asks for my email address -- which I give. On here just now it says my ID is just my name (without complete email address). Then it doesn't let me sign in.

Don't see the ,DM place to continue don't see a bell icon at the top right of the screen. Don't know what I'm doing. HELP!!!!!!
