Import Address Book

How can I import an address book from Thunderbird to Xfinity? I am not seeing an import function anywhere in settings.

@user_03cgw5 Seems like such a simple function but NOT. Move them one at a time....OMG.

@XfinityOrlandoM I am getting a strange message box where I am supposed to type my message to you. Its hard to explain but when I type it is being typed vertically (north south) and not horizontally(east west). I closed and opened and started over

Very serious complex email issue with Outlook and Comcast

I have a very serious issue with Outlook 2016 email. Microsoft updated Win 10 Aug 21 with KB5066188 and thats when the trouble began. I read today that in fact that update did affect Outlook email but I was scared to go further figuring that out. Outlook will not open my 'favorites/personal folders/

I got a reminder to mark as 'accepted' answer and I have done this before but I cannot seem to find where to that on this thread!

Import Address Book

How can I import an address book from Thunderbird to Xfinity? I am not seeing an import function anywhere in settings.

I also want to import my contacts from another program. In my case its from Outlook. I have created a CSV file but like the other person said there is no import command in Xfinity email address book tab. The link you gave them does not load for me ei
