Same thing happened to me today. I’ve been on and off the phone all day. I called Netflix to see what was going on and they told me that Xfinity didn’t pay the service.

Streaming issues

I’ve been getting billed for Netflix, peacock and Apple TV plus by Xfinity for a couple months now and have had no issues. As of 9/12 all of those streaming services have been canceled without notice and I’m still being billed for them. I’m unable to get a live rep over the phone to help. UPDATE:

Another update: Like some others have stated, I was sent an email with the activation links like I was signing up for the first time and so far everything seems to be working fine. If you guys haven’t already I would definitely reach out for a credit
