Lost my peacock premium access after transferring service to a new location

Hello, I recently moved and transferred by gigabit service to the new location. On the day of the move, it seems my Peacock premium subscription (given because I have the 1.2 gbps service) also was deactivated. I haven't had this service for more than 2 years, so my 2y free period definitely has not
