If I keep repeating OUTAGE to the assistant, do you think I might get some help? Seriously, the network at my house is so broken. It works, then it doesn't, then it works, then it doesn't. Seeing the same issues, part of me thinks there is actually an outage in my area, but the map shows nothing and my reports to the assistant in the app do nothing.
