Extended Outage in Houston

I finally saw some xfinity trucks in my area today. They were parked in the specs parking lot. Been a week with a single text saying 7/19 estimated restore date but that changed back to "as soon as possible" within the next day.

They barely work anyway. I'm connected to a hotspot and it's less than 1mb download and disconnects frequently.

I am in 77069 and the hotspots do not connect. It worked for about 10 minutes then it just says can't connect.
