This is ridiculous. I work from home and shouldn’t have to go to places to have WiFi. I’ll be ending my services with Xfinity after this. I understand there was a category 1 hurricane, but to have no communication with us or give us a real update is

@XfinityRichard​ not sure to post my address here for help with my home security being out of service for the last 8 days as I live inner city of Houston. We have a lot of crime and break ins in this area

No internet for 8 days now,  I also have no tv but very concerning is home security is not working either and seriously considering calling to  get security from another company installed and cutting ties with Xfinity completely

Our internet/cable worked through the entire hurricane and went down after the storm passed. We cannot get an answer from ANYONE when our service will be restored.  My husband works from home and cannot do his job and we cannot get through to anyone at Xfinity to get an any answers.  Lite
