I cannot access my Xfinity Email. Every time I login and click on mail, the Xfinity Connect loading page briefly comes up and then kicks me back to the Xfinity homepage. I have the same problem. They gave me a CR----- number about two weeks ago. But I have heard nothing, and still have the same problem.
