Samsung Galaxy 15a 5g. Ordered on the 20th of February activated on the 24th.I ordered one for me and one for my husband. Worst worst worst customer care. Highly arrogant and blunt senior heading the teams. Agents are themselves misinformed and they waste your precious time. Never recommending or using Mobile services again.

I have been with ALL U.S. cellphone carriers trying to solve this problem—incrementally upgrading from iPhone 10 to 14 (and each model between)—over the last few years, and Comcast Xfinity is my last hope.
