I've tried the mobile hot spots several times and they dont work. I've had xfinity for over 10 years and I've never had a hot spot work. Thanks though. And the bill credits only apply to non-power or weather related issues as stated by the company so

Well i really have no choice but to wait and see if it comes back on and hope i don't lose my job and fail my classes because I can't submit anything or do anything. So I mean it is what it is. I get what network damage means but at the end of the da

I do check the updates but I just have no faith in xfinity to get the internet back on lol I just wish there was more transparency and honesty on the status. Clearly it's going to be out for a while, they should be honest about it.

@XfinityJeniece​ should probably tell them to take down the 10pm restoration time because it's not gonna be online by then, they've been giving times all day. Should try to be honest with the customer base that it's gonna be out for days so they can

So I got an email that said there should be expected outages tomorrow because of a wifi refresh or something or you're changing data or something. Is this real or bogus?
