I need to speak to a representative. If I can't, I'm going to cancel my plan. How do I speak to a representative? Live chat bot doesn't work; it's ineffective and useless. I need to speak to a human being (or a good approximation of one).

This is ridiculous that I am having an issue with my account and I can’t talk to a person just a robot. This is causing undue stress and anxiety for me. You want to be paid but you don’t want to help your customers?
