I received a call from the number 1800-423-4142. They knew the name on the account along with recent changes made to the account. This LITERALLY just happened to me from the exact same phone number!!! It came up on my phone as "Xfinity". He was explaining the SAME scenario to me about my wifi, & then proceeded to ask me my name & billing address...which if you ARE Xfini
