Audio Description won't turn off on Fox Network

Yesterday our TV suddenly started Audio Description on FOX only, We have tried all the troubleshooting and even reset box twice, but Audio Narration is still on, but seems to only be on Fox. Audio Description shows being turned off, but still hearing it. Very annoying. Is this a known problem?
