@user_d40145​ same. Used the app and they would call me back in a few minutes... that was over an hour ago.  Now I am on hold with their customer support and have an ETA of 25-36 minutes

I was trying to watch football.  The app worked for the first 10 minutes and then has not been able to work on any of my devices since.  WTF!!!! It is like one of the biggest sports days of the year and your app craps the bed.  I logged out and now it won't even let me log back in.&n

Was supposed to get a call back from a representative like an hour ago...not a peep. Customer support is non existent here.
