Hello. I had a payment this month that was returned by my bank. This resulted in an internet shut off. I paid it as soon as it was shut off, and it’s back up and running just fine. I'm trying to cancel my Xfinity membership as I move and whenever I call customer service it plays music and then an automated voice says "good bye" and it hangs up on me. Why can't I get ahold of customer service or talk to a person? Why do they make it so hard to cancel membership or schedule a ca

The same thing keeps happening to me. I call the customer support number, go through the prompts, music starts playing and then the call disconnects.  Three times in a row.  I think it is because I ask to disconnect service.
