Hello. The internet cable from the pole to my house is hanging too low. It keeps going lower everyday - I can reach up and touch it. Part of it is laying on the roof. I reported it to the automated assistant and and they gave me Ticket Request #. Do you know when somebody can come out to fix it?

Several months ago I had an issue where my bank blocked my automatic payment by checking account.
