About me

All of my family have been xnfinity customers since comcast days and even shareholders too. Recently my mom had to sell her house and move into independent care after having a stroke. My mom wanted to save her phone number that she had for 60 years, 20 years of that in current house where she had a landline, internet and cable through xfinity. I had the duty of making sure her bills got paid. Upon doing so I nearly barfed seeing my mom had been paying close to 180 to 200 a month when she could have been paying so much less. Knowing she only watched dr. Poll, judge Judy and a few British shows. Worse is when I went to go port her number over to our family shared plan, xfinity already canceled her account making it near impossible to keep it. 1.5 months later and we are still fighting with xfinity to save her number of 60 years. Shame on xfinity for charging so much taking advantage of seniors and making it hard to port #. I want a XFINITY VP TO CALL ME TO TALK!
