When I hit the power button on my Xfinity remote it used to just turn off the TV, but now it also turns off the cable box. Also, if I use the remote for my TV and hit the power button, the cable box turns off. There is currently no way I can turn off the TV without also turning off the cable box.

U

That solved the problem, now when I turn off the TV the cable box stays on.

CEC was enabled on my cable box, I turned it off. I didn't see a Power Savings setting.

No when I use my Samsung remote to turn off the TV, the Xfinity cable box also goes off.

Yes it does so the Xfinity remote works exactly like my Samsung remote for my TV

@XfinityBrianW  I only have one TV/cable box.  I have the XR11 Xfinity Voice Remote.  But the problem is not with the remote because if I use my TV remote, it also turns off my cable box.

@XfinityBrianW  Yes I would like to only turn off the TV, but the power off button on the remote turns off both the TV and the cable box.  This is relatively new behavior, it used to only turn off the TV.  And if I use my TV remote,
