I signed up for stream saver about a month ago and activated all 3 at the time. About 2 weeks ago I tried to watch Apple tv and it just tried to get me to sign up for a free trial and subscription. @XfinityBradM​ No. I only have one Email address and Apple ID I use. And I had to unlock my Apple ID to be able to do it. I set up my current address and information with it when I did it. That is definitely not the problem. I've already been on the

@XfinityBradM​ It says already activated. Then gives me a link to Apple which I click on and sign in to and then it prompts me to sign up for service.

@XfinityAntoine​ I don't have an apple tv. I have Roku tvs and Xfinity Xumo and a Google tv. The problem is with Apple tv+ not showing I have a subscription with them when I am paying for one thru Xfinity.

@XfinityAntoine​ They said it was an Xfinity problem. I have an Apple ID that is active that I set up when I originally went through the activation process through the activation email I received. There are no subscriptions linked to it.
