If you like me WANT results, keep pressing the issues at hand for DETAILED INFORMATION. You don't deserve to be misinformed, lied to, or mislead... I promise to my fellow customers that if needed I'll step in for them to push the issues. I do NOT back down! I refuse to pay full price for internet of which I do not get my full plan speed. Technicians don't seem to care and delay repair tickets. I've beyond had enough of this and will fight for what I and my fellow Xfinity customers deserve!
